How can anti-drone technology cope with the changes?

In just 2 years of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, drone technology has gone through six stages of evolution, from initial reconnaissance and artillery guidance to 2023, when both sides began to make extensive use of low-cost, highly maneuverable suicide traversers (FPV) that are easy to maneuver and capable of delivering precision strikes at a fraction of the cost.
Combined with the current international security situation and the development of UAV technology, the traditional VCO technology is no longer able to effectively counteract UAVs and FPVs with high anti-jamming capabilities.
